At NVS Canning Company, quality and food safety are at the core of our operations.
Our manufacturing facility is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and our applicable food products are registered or filed in accordance with U.S. FDA regulatory requirements.
Our operations follow established food safety and quality management practices, including HACCP principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and applicable SENASA requirements.
Through rigorous quality control, modern processing technology, and continuous improvement, we are committed to delivering safe, consistent, and high-quality canned and frozen food products to international markets.
Incoming raw materials are sorted and graded upon delivery in Pacanga. Each lot is inspected before it moves into production, so only ingredients meeting our internal specifications continue through processing.
In-line thermal validation
Thermal processing for canned products and automated temperature logging for IQF freezing are monitored throughout each run. Records are kept per batch so that processing conditions can be reviewed against production data.
Pre-dispatch container checks
Before shipment, finished goods and export containers are checked for packaging integrity, labeling and batch identification. Each dispatch is matched to its production records to support traceability in transit.
Request plant documentation and audit protocols
Technical QA teams can contact us to discuss our quality procedures and request supporting documentation.
